Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we gladly accept all major credit cards for your convenience.
How are payments scheduled?
To secure your reservation, 50% of the total is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance collected 60 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 60 days of your stay, the full payment will be collected at the time of booking.
Is there a security deposit?
A security deposit will be collected as a credit card hold to ensure the property and its contents are well cared for. Rest assured, the hold will be released within 7 days of departure, provided the property is left in great condition.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Depending on availability, we’re happy to accommodate adjustments whenever possible—just let us know!

Are there supermarkets near by?
There is a ShopRite right in West Milford NJ which is about 15 minutes away. You can call ahead and place an order for pick up or delivery.
Is there somewhere I can rent a pontoon boat?
Yes! Greenwood Lake Marina offers boat rentals for half-day, full-day, or multiple days. They also offer chartered boats that come with a captain as well. Call them at (973)728-9100 to make a reservation. They do book up, I recommend calling in advance.
